Human Resources Virtual Internship

GAO Tek Inc. is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Chinese-speaking students or recent graduates based in Nepal for a virtual internship in Human Resources. This opportunity provides valuable experience in international recruitment and HR operations within a leading technology organization. 

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and targeted outreach (headhunting).
  • Post job vacancies on online recruitment platforms and university career portals.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Communicate with applicants through email and LinkedIn and manage follow-ups effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business, Journalism, Arts, or a related field with strong English communication components.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for communication with clients and partners in China.
  • Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication styles is a strong asset for this role.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Reliable, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
